We source and provide magazine editors with houses to feature in their magazines. If you are a architect, interior designer or home owner that has a home that is beautiful, period, modern, eclectic, unique, appealing, alluring or interesting in some significant way please let us know.
THE PROCESS
* Send us low res images of each room including interesting and noteworthy details
* Selected homes will be contacted and a shoot date will be arranged
* A stylist and photographer will on the shoot and it will take a full day (typically 9am - 5pm)
* The photographer will forward a low res proof sheet if magazine gives consent
* A writer will be in contact to arrange the interview within a month of the shoot, and be carried out either in person or over the phone depending on location
* Magazine timelines vary but publication is typically between 3 - 9 months after the shoot
BENEFITS FOR THE HOME OWNER
* Publication of your home / project (typically 8-12 pages)
* Promotion of your business, tradespeople and suppliers
* In some instances a nominal fee will be paid by the publisher or an annual subscription to the magazine will be given
* In some instances flowers will be supplied and left behind after the shoot (when the budget allows)
* Copy of the proof sheet & PDF of published story
